BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Zachary D. Lewis, Founder/President of Lewis Consulting Group (LCG) is an award winning entrepreneur with a demonstrated success in compliance, coordination, leadership, and business. With over 40 years of experience, Lewis has become a fixture in the New Jersey environmental industry.Mr. Lewis founded Lewis Consulting Group in 2012. As president, his primary responsibility is managing the growth, stability and development of the business. LCG offers a wide range ofservices including helping property owners and planners comply with state and federal environmental laws and regulations, conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), PhaseII ESAs, Brownfield Redevelopment, Site Remediation, and Due Diligence Investigations.

LCG has provided expert testimony, report preparation and litigation support services for developers, major corporations, industrial operations, law firms, and landowners. Recently, Mr. Lewis attended stakeholder meeting discussing New Jersey’s Environmental Justice Law and is currently drafting Environmental Justice Impact Statements for several projects. LCG continues to provide environmental services to underserved communities across the state in hope to create better quality of life and economic opportunities for neglected populations. In addition to this,
LCG emphasizes employing a team of diverse, motivated personnel.

Mr. Lewis is a proud graduate of Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. Mr. Lewis is a member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of
New Jersey (AACCNJ) and a board member of the Monmouth Medical Center Board of Trustees. He is also the Vice Chair for the Community Action Committee. Recreationally, Mr. Lewis enjoys playing golf and tennis and remains active with civic and community organizations.
