Kevin Krier

BIOGRAPHY

Kevin has been in affordable housing for almost 35 years. Although his core business is management, he has developed or redeveloped almost 1,000 units. He was instrumental in the creation of the NJHMFA compliance manual for LIHTC and sits on the Management Task force for the Agency. He has spoken at the State and National level but is most proud that his buildings routinely get the highest possible gradings from HUD and the NJHMFA. Kevin graduated from St. Bonaventure University with degrees in Accounting and Finance and has self-admittedly made almost every mistake possible in the industry but only two more than once. Kevin has been involved with the NHA Scholarship for almost 20 years both as a supporter and as a mentor for scholarship interns.
